So we will happily exchange your garment
// if the item does not fit and you would like a different size
// if it doesn't suit and you would like to exchange it for a different style or colour
Returns are FREE within Australia on full price items only
// we do not offer free returns on sale items or International orders
// BUT you are very welcome to return and exchange your garment but return costs are at your expense
// we do not offer refunds for change of mind
// our policy is an EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
For a super smooth exchange follow these steps

//Send it back through your closest Australia Post
//once we have received your package we will process your exchange and send you a confirmation email
// please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange to be processed

// please make sure your package is prepaid and insured for your protection, in case of loss or damage
// unfortunately we do not cover return shipping costs on international orders
// once we have received your package we will process your exchange and send you a confirmation email

Terms and conditions
// all parcels must be returned to us within 21 days
// items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, unused, with hygiene stickers on and original swing tags attached
// we do not cover return charges on International orders or sale items
// we do not cover custom duties and taxes on International orders
// Salty Fox garments are handmade with quality and care and the condition of each item is thoroughly checked before being sent out to you.
// In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment please contact us immediately so we can arrange the return of the faulty item and send you out a replacement
// Please follow the care instructions on the garment care label carefully to prolong the life of your garment. If treated well you will get years of loving wear.
// Lycra and elastic are both delicate by nature and thus are sensitive to the conditions and environments they are exposed to.
// We are not responsible and cannot fix colour fading, burring, pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, or any other symptoms due to harsh conditions: such excessive exposure to chlorine, not following the care instructions or simply normal wear and tear.
